cups sliced carrots

chopped onion

potato, chopped

garlic clove, peeled

tsp fresh ginger (grated)

cup almond milk

cup frozen corn

tsp paprika

tsp ground cumin
1/4
tsp coriander
1/4
tsp chili powder

tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
Blender

Directions

1.
Heat 1 cup of water.
2.
Add carrots, onion, potato, garic and the ginger.
3.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
4.
Put in a blender with 1 cup almond milk and spices, puree.
5.
Heat (without boiling) and enjoy.
