Ingredients

Cups of Cornmeal

1/3 Cups of Flour
3
Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1
cup of Sugar
1
cup of Canola Oil
3
Cups of Soy Milk
1/2
Teaspoon of Salt
Equivalent of 3 eggs using egg replacer product

Directions

1.
1. Preheat Oven to 350.

2. Combine Oil and Sugar.
3.
3. Add in "eggs" and Soy milk.
4.
4. Sift Cornmeal, Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt
5.
5. Slowly add this dry mixture into wet mixture
6.
6. Mix until smooth.
7.
7. Pour mixture into a 9"x13" baking pan. Make sure that the pan has been buttered or covered with wax paper.
8.
8. Cook for about 25 minutes.
9.
9. You will know when the bread is done by sticking in a toothpick. If it comes out clean, this cornbread is ready to enjoy!
