Container of silken tofu

Tablespoons of Cinnamon

Graham Crack Pie crust (check ingredients to make sure it's vegan)
Directions

1. Blend Pumpkin Vanilla, and Silken tofu in a food processor until smooth.

2. In a bowl, mix together Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon.

3. Add dry ingredients to the food processor and Mix.
4.
4. Pour mixture in pie crust.
5.
5. Cook at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
6.
6. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
