slices of whole wheat bread.
2
spoonfuls of shredded cheese or mayonnaise.
salt and black pepper powder.
Directions
1.
Take all the diced vegetables and mix them. (You can dice all the vegetables mix them and store them in refrigerator in an airtight container for atleast a week).
2.
Add salt, pepper and cheese.
3.
Take a slice of bread and put 2-3 spoonfuls of this mixture on the bread. Cover it with another slice of bread. Grill for a couple of mins.
4.
Eat with tomato ketchup.
