Ingredients
vegetarian chinese black bean garlic eggplant soy sauce oyster sauce white pepper green onions

tbsp of black bean sauce
1/4
cup chopped green onions
Directions
1.
Cut eggplant into 1/2" slices. Slice in half if more then 2 inches in diameter.
2.
Heat wok or medium pan and add sesame oil
3.
When hot add garlic and onions.
5.
Add eggplant and cook eggplant until it is golden brown crisp in color.
6.
Add black bean sauce, soysauce, oyster sauce and white pepper.
7.
Stirfry for 5-7 more minutes.
8.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot.
