Vegetarian Chinese Dumplings

Ingredients

package dumpling wrap
1
cup flour
4
cups chopped napa cabbage
1/4
cup chopped garlic
1/4
cup chopped ginger
1/4
cup chopped onion
3
tbsp chopped parsley
2
eggs
1
tbsp sesame oil
2
tsp white pepper
2
tsp salt
2
tbsp soy sauce

Directions

1.
Mix in a large bowl 1/4 cup of flour.
2.
Mix in cabbage, garlic, ginger, onions, parsley.
3.
Add sesame oil, salt, white pepper and soy sauce.
4.
Keep mixing evenly.
5.
Add the eggs and keep mixing until consistent texture.
6.
Take dumpling wrappers and dust each individual wrapper with a touch of flour.
7.
Add mixed ingredients at the center of each wrapper around 1/4 diameter of the wrapper.
8.
Take egg white and brush around edges of wrapper.
9.
Fold dumpling into a crescent shape, pinching edges. (see photo)
10.
Repeat until ingredients are exhausted.
11.
Boil in pot of broth or water until dumplings float.
12.
(optional cooking) add oil and pan fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
13.
Serve with soy sauce on side or eat as is!
