Directions
1.
Drain tofu and microwave for 30 seconds to release water.
2.
Chop tofu into 1/2" cubes.
3.
Chop the garlic cloves into fine mince.
4.
Heat wok or medium pan at high.
5.
Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
6.
When hot, add chopped onions, garlic, peas and carrots.
7.
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes keeping high heat.
8.
Add tofu, green onions and white pepper.
9.
Keep on high heat and add oyster sauce, soysauce and chilli.
10.
Stir fry for another 5 minutes.
11.
Serve dish hot. Sprinkle with extra green onions.
