Wash and slice the potatoes and carrot (do not peel)

Chop the onion, celery and herbs

Add carrots, potatoes, onion, butter, peppercorns and salt to boiling water

Let cook for 30 minutes, watch to make sure the soup does not boil over

Add the cabbage, celery and herbs

Cook another 20 minutes
9.
Slowly puree soup in food processor (careful, it's hot)

If you want, add a little sour cream or yogurt)
