T vegetarian "chicken" seasoning

garlic cloves (chopped)

bell pepper (chopped and seeded)
Directions

Dice the tofu into 1 inch long pieces.

In a bowl, mix the water with the "chicken" seasoning
4.
Add the tofu strips to the bowl and marinate for 20 minutes

Pre-heat your oven to 200 F

Place the "chicken" on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 1.5 hours

Heat 1/2 cup water in a skillet.

Cook the onion, garlic and pepper until the onion starts to turn brown.

Add another 1/4 cup of water and keep cooking until all the water is gone.

Stir in the chicken, 1/2 cup of salsa, 1/4 cup water and spices.

Cook on low until the mix is almost dry.
13.
Put the tortillas on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
14.
Microwave them for 10 seconds.
15.
Place tortillas on individual plates.
16.
Add the mix, lettuce, scallions, salsa and avocado to the tortillas.
