clove of garlic, peeled

yams washed, peeled and cut into small cubes
Directions

In the food processor chop the onion and garlic

Seed and chop your chillies

Seed and chop the red pepper

In a large heavy saucepan, saute the onion and garlic over low heat in the oil until the onion is see through.

Add the chilies, tomatoes and sweet peppers.

Add the yams, tomato juice, water and spices.

Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
