This dish is familiar in India.Preparing Fried Rice is very simple to make and very delicious too.

Ingredients

* 3 cups mixed vegetables, chopped smally(The vegetables are Carrots, beans, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, capsicum, cabbage)
* 1½ tbsp finely chopped ginger
* 1½ tbsp finely chopped garlic
* 2 cups rice
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
*3 tbsp oil
*Salt(How much you want)

Directions

1.
1.Cook the rice until just done, and spread on a plate.
2.
2.Heat oil for some time and drop the ginger and garlic in.
3.
3.When it came light brown add the vegetables.And just boil it for half an hour.
4.
4.Once it done add the soy sauce.
5.
5.And now add the rice which you have been spread in plate initially.Add more sauce if needed.
6.
6.Add salt how much you want and mix well.
7.
7.Now the fried rice is ready.
