cups chopped seeded watermelon

cup chopped seeded honeydew melon or cantaloupe

medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped

cup chopped red onion

tbsp finely chopped crystallized ginger

tbsp minced seeded jalapeño chilies
Directions

Whisk lime juice and sugar in large bowl until sugar dissolves. Add watermelon and all remaining ingredients; toss gently. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
