Warm Salmon Stew

Ingredients

1
(15 oz.) can Salmon
¼ cup ketchup
1
medium onion chopped
Black pepper to taste
2
medium potatoes diced
Salt to your taste
2
cups water
1
stick butter (or sub light margarine)
½ qt. milk (maybe more or less, depending on the consistency you like)

Directions

1.
1. Put salmon in a bowl but making sure that all bones are removed.
2.
2. Put water, butter, salt, chopped onion, pepper and diced potatoes in a medium pot.
3.
3. Cook mixture until onions, and potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
4.
4. Add salmon and ketchup and cook for 5 or 10 more minutes.
5.
5. Stir in milk and cook until mixture is hot but not reaching the boiling point.
6.
6. Remove from heat and serve with crackers and enjoy!
