chicken thigh fillets, cubed
250g boneless chicken breasts, cubed

tsp. of chicken stock powder
Directions
1.
Heat oil in a heavy pan and fry chicken and onion until golden.
2.
Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
3.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to the boil.
4.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
