Directions
1.
Squeeze the lemons, set the juice aside.
2.
Peel then grate the ginger.
3.
Add the ginger with cayenne to the cheesecloth.
4.
Tie the cheesecloth closed tightly.
5.
Soak it in the gallon of water for 20 minutes.
6.
Add the sugar & lemon juice.
7.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
