Ground pepper and Salt (to taste)
Directions
1.
Start heating a medium sized sauce pan with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

While that is heating up start draining the white beans and giving them a good rinse.
3.
Then add the washed white beans to the warm oil.
4.
Grate enough lemon zest, garlic, ground pepper and salt (to your taste).
5.
Once the warm oil heats up the beans use a spatula and simply press on the beans until they mash up and turn into a mashed potato like form.
6.
Squeeze 1/2 of lemon into the beans.

You should have a "white bean mash" resemblence.
