tsp coarse black pepper

12 oz. pkg. frozen noodles

can each of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken or celery soup
Directions

Bring chicken, water, onions, pepper and salt to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Cool. Remove chicken from bones and set aside. Put broth through collander; return to pan and bring to boil. Add frozen noodles and cook until tender. Add soups ( I put them in the blender first) and pimento, stirring gently, cooking for 5 minutes. Add chicken and heat for a few minutes longer.
