Ingredients

cup low fat/no fat sour cream or plain yogurt

cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2
can (4 oz.) mild green chilis, chopped
1
pound ground beef (could use venison)
1
16oz. can tomatoes, chopped

ox. grated cheddar cheese
Directions

Cook noodles as directed. Drain.

In a skillet, brown meat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add taco mix as directed on package and tomatoes. (Use juice from tomatoes instead of water with taco mix). Cook until thick.

Mix noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, and chilis.
4.
In greased 2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 noodle mixture, meat, and cheddar cheese. Repeat. Top with chips.
5.
Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
