Ingredients

apple
2
kiwi
1
big orange
1/2
cup of almonds
1/4
cup of dried figs
1/4
cup of dried plums
1
tbsp of honey
1
lemon juice

Directions

1.
Cut apple, kiwi and orange in little pieces and put them in a bigger bowl, add chopped almonds, dried figs and dried plums. Squeeze one lemon and pour it over the salad, mix in one spoon of honey (chestnut honey would be perfect because it is very healthy honey) and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Serve it for breakfast or quick and healthy snack.
