Ingredients
Large Cardamom Ground 100 Gms.
Directions
1.
Heat the half the oil in a pressure cooker.

Add 2 tea spoons of salt.
3.
Add mutton and singe to seal,
4.
once lightly brown add sufficient water and 2 table spoons of ground large cardamom powder .Pressure cook till done.
5.
Remove Mutton from the cooking liquid , and bring to boil .
6.
Reduce heat slowly add diluted and beaten curd stirring constantly , so that the curd does not curdle.
7.
Stirring constantly add remaining Cardamom powder, fennel and salt to taste , slowly add in remaining oil.
8.
Stirring constantly brig to boil , once boiling reduce heat to simmer .
9.
Add mutton and let it simmer for at least 15 -20 minutes or until the diluted curd gets back to its curdy consistency.
11.
Best Eaten with boiled / steamed rice.
