Yogurt Mint Sauce

This sauce is so delicious with any kind of meat or fish!

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
4 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Pour all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. This is best at room temperature, and is FANTASTIC with meat.
