Ingredients

cup low or no fat plain or vanilla Yogurt
¼ c. frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
1/4-1/2
c. frozen pinapple
1
tsp. honey (optional)
1
scoop protein powder (optional)

Directions

1.
Add yogurt to blender followed by all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve. Recipe may be doubled.
