Ingredients
⢠2 slices good-quality white bread, crusts removed

cup sprouts, tightly packed
Directions

1. Cut the slices of bread into quarters.

2. Divide the almond butter on quarters and spread to the edges.

3. Slice the cherry tomatoes and make it thin; discarding the ends and divide each slices among the four quarters.

4. Peel cucumber and by using a vegetable peeler or mandoline slice the cucumber lengthwise into long, wide, very thin strips. Discard slices that are too small and filled with too many seeds.

5. Put these long, thin cucumber âribbonsâ on the top of tomatoes.

6. Pile on the sprouts and top finger sandwiches with the remaining bread quarters, and then serve.
