Ingredients
* 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 1/2 cup peanut butter chips plus about 1/3 cup more for garnishing
* 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips plus about 1/3 cup more for garnishing
* 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions

1. Spray/ grease the 12 muffin cups and preheat oven to 350°.

2. In a large microwavable bowl, combine butter, sugar and water.

3. Put in a microwave until butter melts or up to 1 min.

4. Stir in a 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and until it is melted.

5. Put egg and vanilla extract and stir.
6.
6. Add flour and baking soda, stirring until blended.

7. Allow it to cool in a room temp.

8. Stir in 1/2 cup each peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

9. Spoon the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls into muffin cups.

10. Bake it for 13-15 minutes or until top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly wet. Place pan on wire rack.

11. The centers of brownies should fall upon cooling. If not, tap centers with the back of a teaspoon to make a hole.

12. Put peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.

13. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, then stir.

14. While the brownies are still hot, spoon a tablespoon of peanut butter into the center of each brownie.

15. Put/top with some semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.

16. Let it cool completely in pan.
