Ingredients

cup high quality tahini
3
large cloves of garlic (more or less depending on your taste)
Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with a whisk or fork.

Add more water if you like it thinner. It will thicken up as it sits.

I make this without salt because we are on a low sodium diet, but others might find it bland wihtout salt. To add salt, start with 1/4 tsp and go from there.
