Forget Cha Cha No Hana – It's Sake No Hana Now

Alan Yau's much anticipated Cha Cha No Hana will now be called Sake No Hana when it debuts in September. Maybe that’s to make it sound a bit more Japanese – it's going to be similar to a Japanese izakaya restaurant with informal dining at low....
