Description:

This dish is requested by my family for all holidays and family gatherings. Loved by kids and adults. Kids almost forget that they are eating veggies! The best thing about this recipe is that you can add more or less of any of the ingredients... more cheese, less cheese, more or less sour cream... Adjust it to your own taste.

bags thawed frozen broccoli cuts
1
container sour cream (16 oz)

2
cups shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
1
tube Ritz crackers (or some other buttery cracker) Crush crackers into fine crumbs while still in tube. Gently.
1/2
cup melted butter

1.
Preheat oven to 350
2.
Combine sour cream, soup, cheese in a large bowl and stir until blended well. Add Broccoli cuts and stir in, one bag at a time until evenly covered.

4.
Bake for about 45 minutes until center is bubbley and crumbs are browned nicely. Serve hot or room temp.
