loaf crusty bread like french or ciabatta.
Lrg. ball Fresh mozzeralla cheese
Organic tomtoes fresh or jarred
Directions

Cut bread into thin slices, brush with olive oil. Bake at 415 for 5 minutes to crisp bread. Remove. Slice cheese,add tomatoes bake until cheese melts. Add salt,pepper to taste and fresh basil. Top with drop of olive oil. For an extra kick rub bread with fresh garlic bulb after first removal from oven. This adds a little extra spice for you garlic lovers like me.
