gm mustard, 4 spoon gingili oil, 2 spoon red chilly powder, half spoon salt, 250 gms carrot, 1 gm turmeric powder.

First, screw the carrot. Boil gingili oil, add mustard with it. Then add carrot screw and fry it. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilly powder. Fry 5 minutes. That's all. Tasteful carrot thokku is ready. We can use it as pickle.
