Ingredients

kg fresh fish of your choice

finely chopped garlic cloves
2
seedless limo chilly cut in slices
2
cooked choclos (corn)
Directions

Cut fish in dices of approximately 2cms. Put pieces in a dish and season with garlic, salt, pepper, limo chilly and coriander. Mix with a wooden spoon and pour lemon juice over. Add chilly sauce and onion. Finally add fish broth.

Serve with lettuce, choclo and sweet potato.
