Ingredients

kg fresh fish of your choice

finely chopped garlic cloves

seedless “limo” chilly cut in slices
1
sp chopped coriander
Juice of 12 lemons
3
sp yellow chilly sauce
150
grs cut onion
½ cup cold fish broth
6
lettuce leaves
3
cooked sweet potatoes
2
cooked “choclos” (corn)
Salt
Pepper

Directions

1.
Cut fish in dices of approximately 2cms. Put pieces in a dish and season with garlic, salt, pepper, “limo” chilly and coriander. Mix with a wooden spoon and pour lemon juice over. Add chilly sauce and onion. Finally add fish broth.

Serve with lettuce, choclo and sweet potato.
