Lovely blend of mushroom flavor, baked chicken and wholesome rice. A wonderful easy and quick casserole. Everyone will love this dish and its kid friendly, my 5 year old neice loves it.
chicken breast, (I use boneless, but whichever you like) 1/4 cup butter

large can of mushroom soup (I use campells, but any is fine) (larger the better flaver, or you can use 2 12oz cans)

cup rice

1/2 cup water

put all your ingrediats together in a glass casserole dish, it doesnt matter what order, bake at 350 for 30-45 min or until rice is soft. Serve with rolls or french bread, optional-top with sprinkle of salt, or add milk instead of water for an even creamier dish
