deep fry the chicken and keep a side

add the wholemustard in the hot oil
3.
soak tamarind in water and squeeze out the pulp
4.
moisten and masala powder and put it in the hot oil
5.
putthe fried chicken once the water dries add water
6.
then salt add the mustard paste and again boil for 5 minutes
