One of the best and most unlikely sushi spots! I thought I had tried it all (sushi) but evidently not. Very Very expensive but well worth it every now and then.

Shige, Macha, Tetsu & Kogi are all amazing! I swear by the Red Snapper sashimi, could eat 10 plates of it! Spanish mackerel sushi & Spicy halibut sushi are also incredible! This IS the place!!! <3

No reservations at the counter. If possible, sit at the longer side of the counter. Omakase for first timers, but go for the nigiri--it's Edomae style. Best in Los Angeles.

Very creative omakase- started with Uni for a change. Inventive combinations meant absolutely no soy sauce needed the entire meal. Lovely!
