seperate the breats/chest pieces

now marinate them in any sauce u like in seperate bowls in cold for 30minutes

fry the shredded lambs in garlic ginger yogurt

make them dry fry yet juicy

do tht on time when the marinated meats are normal after 30minutes

now in large deep fry pan put olive oill and make it hot

then put all the above spices and fry

then as it turns to reddish then add coconut milk then add indian spicec

the meats u can do it in two pans too bt make sure the meats and dipped in the paste

the paste has to be thicker and lighter

so juts put the meats in it and cook it at high temperature

make sure it doesnt dry u can add coconut milk timelly bt little

when the meat is all about to be cooked completelly lower the heat

then spread the fried shredded lambs only over the meats which are already cooked in the gravy

just spread the shredded lambs and leave it for 10minutes and keep it closed
