(18.25 ounce) pkg lemon cake mix

cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

1. preheat oven to 375 degress f (190 degrees c).

2. pour cake mix into a large blow. stir in eggs, oil, and lemon extract until well blended. drop teaspoonfuls of dough into a blow of confectioner's' sugar. roll them around until thy're lightly covered. once sugared, put them on a ungreased cookie sheet.

3. bake for 6-9 minutes in the prheated oven. the bottoms will be light brown, and th3e insides chewy.
