We are brothers who wrote a cookbook for the novice cook called "Freshman in the Kitchen: From Clueless Cook to Creative Chef" out now on Huron River Press. Late in 2007, while both were finishing college at their respective Michigan universities, Max and Eli (who were both working as cooks in restaurants) decided there was void for college cookbooks. They set us to write a cookbook with fun, accessible, easy and inexpensive recipes. The cookbook begins super easy and builds in difficulty with each recipe and chapter culminating in themed 3 course meals. The cookbook can turn any clueless cook into a creative chef!
