Ingredients

kg chicken,1 kg basmati rice,onions,curd ,ginger and garlic paste,coriander,mint leaves,kesar,salt,elaichi,dalchini,clove,water

Directions

1.
first marinate the chicken with mixing curd ginger and garlic paste coriander leaves salt to the likeness and add fried onions on the top and mix it well and leave it to savour,then take water and add spices like clove elaichi dalchini and let it boil and pour basmati rice in to it and then when rice is half cooked add the marinated chicken in between the layers of rice and let it cook until the fragrance of the biryani expels
