Directions

Brown the ground beef on medium heat,then drain,mix together 3cups of oatmeal,1cups of ketchup,1/2 cup of mustard 1 cup of bbq sauce,1 egg,stir untill it is well mixed,then add the ground beef, mix well untill the ground beef is moist and covered.

then shape it,place into a meatloaf pan,put oven on 350,bake for 30-40 mins(untill it is completely brown on inside)

then you pull out, add enouh ketchup to cover it like an icing, then your done.
