Ingredients

lb. ground beef
2
pkg. taco seasoning
2
jiffy cornbread mix
1
can creamed sweet corn
16
oz. shredded cheese
2
table spoons sugar or 2 single paks of sweet-n-low
2
large eggs
2/3
cup of 2% milk

Directions

1.
brown the ground beef, drain and rinse, add taco seasoning and cook to recipr on package
2.
mix 1box jiffy mix with recipe on box add 1/2 the sugar to jiffy mix and 1/2 can of creamed corn to the mix. pour into a greased casarole dish. add all the taco meat. add the cheese. make other box jiffy cornbread mix same as first box. pour on top of meat and cheese. bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes, or untill cornbread is done.
