Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | First, potato boil the water, 250 gm onion and 100 gm tomato boil and fry with ghee, then just fry (not with ghee) red chilly, ginger, cumin and groundnut after grind above all items. Poppy boil with ghee, then fry 250 gm onion, 150 gram tomato and potato after add above grind mixture item and add turmeric powder, greens and curry leaves, asafoetida and salt. We get tasteful side dish ready. |
