kg potato, half kg onion, as you wish salt and turmeric powder, 100 ml groundnut oil, 5 gram greens, 5 gram curry leaves, 5 gram mustard, 1 gram urd dhal, 1 gram cumin, 1 spoon red chilly powder, 200 gm tomato, 5 gram groundnut powder
Directions

First, boil the potato in water. Remove the husk. Mustard, urd dhal, tomato and onion boil in oil. Then add and fry potato for 5 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and groundnut powder. Add curry leaves and green leaves for taste and smell. Also side dish for tiffin and snacks.
