Ingredients
- Corn with the leaves on it
Water
Butter
Cayenne
Directions
Grilled Corn on the Cob:
Clean off excess threads on corn.
Fill large bowl with water.
Soak corn in water for about 20 minutes
Heat your grill
Take corn out of water and let extra water drip off
Put corn on the grill
Cover
Turn every 5 minutes
The leaves might get black, that is ok since water from soaking steams the inside.
When outside looks almost burnt, it should be ready.
Use tongs to remove from grill (HOT)
Peel with a thick towel
Add butter and sprinkle with cayenne.
