Description: You can boil the green beans if you are going homemade or cheat like I did today.
Ingredients
- Can of green beans
Extra Virgin olive oil
1 lemon
pine nuts
basil
Food processor
Directions
Green Bean Lemon Zest Salad:
In food processor combine olive oil and basil to make a sort of pesto (there are no quantities as you have to figure out how pesto-y you want it).
Pour over the green beans
Zest lemon over green beans
Squeeze a bit of lemon over it
Add pine nuts
