    5 cloves garlic diced finely
    10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed (aprox.)
    3 small red potatoes, peeled and cooked (or equivalent potato option of choice)
    2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    pinch of ground clove
    1/2 tsp ground (or fresh grated) ginger
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2/3 c. fine diced stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp sesame oil
    1/4 c soy sauce
    1 lb ground turkey
    dash olive oil (or equivalent)
