    1¼ ounce Sesame seeds; crushed
    1 bunch Scallions; thinly sliced
    2 teaspoon Szechwan pepper OR
    2 teaspoon Black pepper
    1 tablespoon Sesame oil
    4 ounce Shoyu; OR
    4 ounce Soy sauce
    1½ ounce Sugar
    1 tablespoon Peanut oil
    ½ ounce Ginger; peeled and grated

    Ingredients:
    Chicken – ½ kg, boneless, cut into 1-inch pieces
    Onion – 2, medium size, finely sliced
    Ginger – ½ inch size, finely chopped and crushed
    Garlic – 2 beads, finely chopped and crushed
