Delicious
I always love going to Salut. The restaurant is slightly more expensive perhaps than many restaurant goers are accustomed to, as during the evening hours menu items are a la carte. However, visiting for lunch gets you the same menu items for less of a cost. I love the interior of the restaurant, as it feels like the old era of the 40s with Art Nouveau posters and paintings on the walls and some decor that's Art Deco. The wait staff is very polite and classy, though seemingly down to earth and friendly. The menu itself does have a number of French dishes and other European selections, as the restaurant name suggests. The traditional French onion soup is by far one of my favorites, and the house fries are also delicious with their own seasoning and dipping sauce. Even the "stereotypical French" menu items like escargot can be found here as well. The chefs use a bit of different seasonings, which gives to very delicious flavors in the menu items for light, yet rich flavors in everything. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to visit.
