 Local food but delicate flavors 

This is a cozy, small place--reservations are a must. Formal table service is excellent, and the chef will come out and walk around to see how you like the meal. Local, organic and natural ingredients. I loved the biscuits but I wish the food were more strongly flavored. The chicken was high-quality but it didn't taste like it had been seasoned.
