 Just Okay 

If you're looking for a restaurant with a spectacular view this is it. Located about half way up the Eiffel Tower in the Paris hotel this restaurant gives you a birds eye view of the Bellagio water show across the street. That being said, the food is just okay. I ordered filet mignon medium rare and had to send it back twice because it was cooked well done. The menu items are all ala carte so the dinner can get a little pricey. That would be fine if the food were worth it, but it's not. The view however makes this a restaurant to consider trying.
