Hands down one of my favorite restaurants I've ever been to. Their signature dish, Nove Spaghetti, combines semolina and squid ink pasta, a spicy rustic tomato sauce, prawns, lobster, a filet and muscles. Pair great food with quirky decorating and a fantastic 52nd floor view of the strip from the Palms, and you've got a recipe for a fantastic night.
