 A little grease with your Susie Q's? 

It's all good and greasy! Your susie q's will come in a bag and the bottom of the bag will literally be soaked through with grease. The cheeseburgers are great--salty, peppery, and cooked on a well-seasoned grill. Be prepared to eat in your vehicle or take it home, cuz Sam doesn't consist of anything but a kitchen, some picnic tables outside, and limited parking. He's also not open on any regular schedule. You just have to keep driving by (hence, the "Highway Hamburger") But it's sooooo worth it.
